It was incredibly clean and well-equipped, with hi-tec features like a modern kitchen and security doors. the location was great, not far from the motorway and just a short bus ride away from Venice. the cafe on site was outstanding, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the spacious balcony. the free parking and proximity to supermarkets were also convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We got more than we expected and would highly recommend this property.

I recently stayed at Quirinus Venetia Properties in Mestre for 5 nights and it was a great experience. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom and a large TV. The kitchen had everything we needed, except for an oven. The furniture looked new and the balcony had a decent view. The security of the apartment was top-notch. The owner was kind and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel and getting to Venice. The bus station to Venice was conveniently located just 100 meters away. There are supermarkets nearby where you can find affordable food. I had a pleasant stay at Quirinus Venetia Properties and I highly recommend it.

Reached the train station in record time and the Port of Venice is just a short drive away. My entertainment needs were met with a fancy 32-inch TV. Made myself comfortable and felt like royalty with the provided safe.
